At United Core Distributors LLC, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Personalized, customized, or items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:
